Transfer Policy

Leverage previous credits from regionally accredited institutions to get to graduation sooner. Whether you pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree, Averett will consider a range of transfer credits including CLEP (College-Level Examination Program) tests or DSST tests with official scores and Military service experience validated with an ACE Transcript. 

Accelerated

Get where you want to be more quickly with Averett’s faster approach. All of our programs are accelerated in nature, so you can earn your degree in two years or less. Apply your transfer credits to take sequential courses in small class settings and build your knowledge base and complete your degree sooner. 

Military Benefits

In recognition of your service and sacrifice, Averett provides a special scholarship to all military members (active or reserve), DOD civilian employees, State National Guard employees, Honorably Discharged Veterans and their family members. Available for all online degree programs, this scholarship represents a 25% tuition reduction to those students enrolled on a full-time basis.
